The organization over the last two days and during the entire lead-up to the summit was awesome. It was very professional and brought about a mix of professionals, which was really great. It wasn’t boring; there were different events to choose from and there was more to it than just the summit. The location, Lars and his facilitation, the singer on Thursday, the barista, the flawless AV set up – these little details of hospitality and event management made the summit memorable (apart from the great content, of course).

SWDS is the greatest international knowledge hub on workspace design, where experts from all sides of the spectrum meet. Meeting other professionals, sharing knowledge and learning from each other during the many interactive networking moments really made this a valuable summit for me personally.

Attending the Smart Workspace Design Summit has held great value for us. Many different aspects involved in this transformation have been addressed: space, behaviors, technology, real estate, generations, branding… with a high focus on humans, in an informal and energetic, though highly professional, atmosphere. We consider it a high-value experience.

Great so far — really great. A lot of people, a lot of different voices, and a great exchange with different industries and so on.

It’s interesting because I see that many people are coming from different sectors, different industries, and different countries, but we are talking about the same problems. It’s also interesting to see how we are setting up smart designs and workplaces to stay competitive, while making them attractive places to come to.

The summit was really good. I think it was well organized. I would definitely attend again next year, and I would encourage other people to attend as well. There have been interesting topics discussed, and I thought it added a lot of value to my knowledge about the workplace.

This is my fourth time. It feels like coming back “home” — it’s a really nice summit. I like that there’s always a kind of mix; I’m from IT, but I also like to collaborate with Facility Management and HR, and I think it’s a good combination that we have here. It’s nice to get some confirmation, but it’s also great to hear new things. I really like it.
